In the release notes for version 4.5.5, "Fix #1" states that "previously the HSVC save cursor resource had to be turned OFF to avoid a crash during an automatic save by the Helix Server and that problem is now fixed." This appears to be inaccurate, as we are still getting reports of Clients crashing as the Server finishes the autosave. If you are experiencing random crashes on one or more Clients, turning off the autosave cursor notification may resolve the issue.

Once you have ResEdit and the template, follow these instructions:

1. Double click the HSVC template file.
2. Go to the file menu and select Open.
3. Open the Helix Server application. A window with several icons will open.
4. Locate and double click the "HSVC" icon.
5. Open and double click the line labelled "ID '1'"
6. Change the $0001 to $0000 (zero).
7. Close the windows.
8. Save the changes when asked.
