Collapse a window and buttons don't work when you open it back up

Workaround:

1. Resize the window
2. Click on another window and click back on the one you'd collapsed.

Obsolete in OS X

This bug has technically always been in Helix. It first became observable when the control panel "Window Shade" was introduced and continued when Apple made this function part of its operating system.
