Actually, the title is a bit misleading. What I mean is this: right now, Helix Update Collection is able to automatically call Helix Translator if it is needed for old (pre Helix Express 3.5) collections. We've decided not to spend any time making that code work in Helix 6 and beyond. You will still be able to run Helix Translator manually in order to update an old collection, so we're not really stopping anybody from upgrading, just making it a bit more work.
