I'm wondering if the intention right now is to institute all the plans mentioned. The number of plans is confusing to me. I would think that just deciding which plan to use would make the whole support system cumbersome. I would like to see maybe three plans; some sort of on-site non application-development support, a volume support unit purchase discount plan and a developer/package deployment plan at a rate considerably less than $1000/year even if that means fewer included benefits. This would be the fee based part. There should also be the free units with purchase policy and no charge on-line support to provide for a minimum level of support for the new and casual user. Perhaps I've just covered all the proposed plans anyway but I'm not sure. Perhaps Matt or someone else would be so kind as to list, in one place, the current proposed plans, costs and very briefly, the target user.
