The Fee Based User Services Plan defines the levels of support that are available to Helix Technologies’ customer base.

The current user base covers a wide range of skills and needs; from the ‘hobbyist’ who uses Helix RADE purely for personal needs to the business professional who relies on Helix to provide a robust client/server environment that can not accept more than a minimal amount of downtime. In between are the small business users that use Helix primarily to manage and maintain their own business and the professional developers who create databases for others. Within the developer community are ‘contract developers’ who work directly with their client base to create customized solutions and ‘package developers’ who create off the shelf solutions.

Each of these classes of Helix customers has a unique set of technical support needs; therefore this plan is broken into distinct packages that seek to directly address the needs of these various groups at a price that will both make sense to the particular user class.
