Because the Helix user base includes everybody from the 'hobbyist' who uses Helix RADE purely for personal needs to the business professional who relies on Helix to run their business, we are introducing plans that give each segment a support that fits their needs and budgets. The plans outlined below are not designed to categorize users. The purpose of offering multiple plans is to provide flexibility that allows each user to budget according to their needs and wishes, and to enable them to take advantage of cost savings when an ongoing support relationship is desired. Purchasing higher level plans entitles users to a wider range of benefits, not all of which are of interest to other users. Types of Users: New (or Upgrading) User Casual User
