New (or Upgrading) User
Users who purchase Helix (or upgrade from a previous version) occasionally encounter issues specific to installing Helix, or have specific questions regarding new features. For these users, we include two (2) support units for each RADE or Engine license and four (4) support units for each Server license. These units can be used for any type of call; they are not limited to basic installation questions.
