Casual User The Casual User plan is for users who do light to moderate programming in Helix or consider themselves to be experienced, self-sufficient programmers. This individual rarely encournters issues serious enough to require immediate technical support. Perhaps Helix is a hobby, and their databases are created solely for personal use. Perhaps they have been using Helix for so long that they simply do not need to contact technical support. Either way, when confronted with an issue, they will either find answers through no cost means or ‘make do’ with what they know. They find answers in information available via the web site, the tech support database, and the public discussion forums. They rarely encounter a problem that they are willing to spend money to resolve, and when that need arises, they will purchase individual support units. - Edited by Matt on: Apr 03, 2003 7:42:53 pm
