Business Professional Plus The Business Professional Plus plan is for the Business Professional member who is involved in ongoing development, wants to establish a permanent, ongoing relationship with Helix Technologies, but does not need all of the assets provided by the Solution Developer plan. Unlike the standard Business Professional plan, this is an annual plan. It does not include unlimited technical support units, but it does include other benefits that come with an ongoing relationship. Business Professional users will be eligible for discounts on Helix purchases. They will receive invitations to participate in private forums designed to specifically address the unique needs of the Business Professional users. In addition, Business Professional Plus members receive "drop everything" collection repair support. Although we never intentionally delay collection repair for any user, this group is able to rely on turnaround times of less than 12 hours for all collection repairs. (In cases where the collection is too badly damaged and 12 hour repair is impossible, they are guaranteed that repair work will not be interrupted until the repair is done.)
