Is there any hidden feature to append metadata to a field? I have multiple sources entering data from medical chart review. I would like to tag each field with the "user" and date/time stamp. I certainly know how to do this by creating fields to do this for each field of desired entered data.

Larry, What if you comparmentalized your data gathering into several relations instead of one. Each relations data could be entered by individual users and time stamped ... and the relations would be all tied together by the medical record number. For instance, you might enter data regarding radiographic findings or pathologic staging into one relation that would require medical expertise while your secretary may enter demographic data ....
