When pasting structure via the Paste Structure dialog, clicking the Next button does not select user or sequence icons.

In addition, if a sequence or user icon is part of the structure to be pasted, the Next button eventually selects ‘nothing’ (even though the status message indicates that there are still unlinked icons) and loses the ability to select other icons.

For user and sequence icons, manually click on them (in the 2nd column of the Paste Structure dialog) to select them. The Next button simply ignores them.

Alternatively: Update to Helix RADE 6.1, which addresses this issue.

This bug exists in all earlier versions of Helix that support structure pasting.

This bug is fixed in Helix RADE 6.1.
