BZ955: Pasting Large Pictures Fails

The Problem

When using Helix Client Classic 6.1.1, pasting data larger than 32K into a Picture field fails. This is immediately recognizable, as the contents of the rectangle do match the picture being pasted into it, typically appearing as a blank.

This bug is non-destructive in that no damage occurs within the collection. However the pasted picture is not properly saved and can not be recovered from within Helix.
Workaround

Pictures can be pasted via Helix RADE or the macOS Client.
Scope

This bug exists only in Helix Client Classic 6.1.1.
Status

This bug is fixed in Helix Client Classic 6.1.2.
