Our online store is temporarily unable to process credit cards. You can use the store to lookup and update your existing information, confirm prices, and add purchases to your shopping cart, and complete the checkout process. The problem is that the credit card can not be charged in real-time, so you have to wait until we can manually process the card for us to fill your order. We hope to resolve the online processing situation soon.
To place an order while our web store is unable to complete orders, you have two options:
Please note that your customer number will almost certainly be different from your Helix Serial number. If all you have is your serial number, contact us directly.
Whether you are updating your Helix customer information, looking up your software Serial Numbers and registration keys, upgrading products you own, or purchasing new products, your must log in. If you have never done this before, you should take some time and read the complete instructions.
Once you have logged in (customer number and identifier required) you can look up your registration keys, update your customer record, and purchase upgrades and new products via our secure site.
Prices listed for shippable items do not include shipping and handling. NYS residents maybe subject to sales tax on some purchases.
