“Back Version” Key Policy

04 Oct 2015 — “Back Version” Key Policy

If you need a license for a Helix product older than your current version, where possible, we will — upon request — issue a key for that version using the same serial number, and with the same concurrent access (CA) level as your current license, under our standard USU policy.

For example, if you purchase a Helix RADE upgrade from 6.1 to 7.0, and would like to be able to use Helix RADE 6.2 as well, we will generate a Helix RADE 6.2 key for the upgraded serial number.

“Back version” keys can be accessed from the “Other Licenses” page of our web store, after you have logged in to your account.
